We strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with our services. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a refund is requested.
Eligibility for a Refund
Due to the custom nature of our design work, refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis. A full refund may be granted if a refund request is made before any design work has begun.
Once the design process has started and initial concepts have been delivered, we may offer a partial refund depending on the amount of work completed. No refunds will be issued once the final logo files have been delivered to the client.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team through the chat on your dashboard or by using the form on our Contact Us page. Please include your order number and the reason for your refund request.
Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of approval and will be credited back to the original method of payment.
